Algebra I: Introduction to Quadratics

An introductory lesson for a unit on quadratic functions. Students learn to identify the key attributes of a quadratic function by exploring real-world examples through photos and videos. The lesson encourages group collaboration including a fun game for pairs to apply their knowledge on the characteristics of quadratic functions.

Abstract Triangle

Geometry: Special Segments of Triangles

An introductory lesson for students to learn and discover the special segments of triangles and their concurrent points. In this lesson, students work collaboratively through the jigsaw method and are offered multiple methods to share their learning.
